The Beat Within

There’s nothing wrong with approval, especially if that’s what makes you happy. And they approve of you regardless of who you are. The worst thing anyone can do is try to get approval from someone who already doesn’t accept you because you’ll try and change, but they already don’t see you for you. It’s a waste of your happiness. (Ex. Parents, friends, strangers, etc.).

You should live for the people who accept you for you and accept your changes, regardless if you’re successful or just getting by. You won’t get in to heaven by being successful or rich. I know a lot of successful people but they are not happy. There financial needs are met but they are not happy. Yes! Find a good job. But base your life off being happy, because it’s worth it.

People will remember you for the love you give them, not the amounts of money you give out. You can die happy knowing you left your love on earth. People won’t remember the money you give them. Even if you don’t leave your kids a million dollars, they knew you loved them, and they approved of you.

    Jun 19, 2013

    The Beat Within

My Dear Child, Congratulations on making the Honor Roll! I am very proud of you! I knew you could raise your grades. Your mom told me that you have a 3.5 grade point average now, which means you are averaging around a B+. That’s very good, and you should be happy about this accomplishment.
